Socket/Switch Preformed Inserts

The Firesure™ Socket inserts is made from Fire Resistant Fibre and is used within socket and switch boxes that are fitted into plasterboard, brick or blockwork.

The Inserts are easy to install with no screws or assembly required. Make a small tight fitting hole through the insert for the cable to pass through the insert.

Then fit insert into socket box and fit cover as normal with screws passing through the insert material.

The flange of the insert must be on the outside front face of the socket box.
