The Intumescent mastic Is a fire-retardant acrylic sealant. It is a one part, ready to use fire mastic sealant designed for internal perimeter pointing of fire-rated door and window frames where the integrity of the firewalls or partition needs to maintain.

The Intumescent mastic qualities enable the material to swell under heat conditions, producing a fire and smoke resistant seal. Used for internal perimeter pointing of fire-rated doors and window frames. The intumescent mastic is also used for sealing joints, irregular holes in fire walls, and for filling gaps between pipes and services that penetrate fire walls and partitions.
